1 The Financial Services Authority (FSA)

The FSA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services in the United Kingdom.
It requires us to provide you with this document. Please print it and use it to decide if our services
are right for you.

2 Whose products do we offer?

We offer products from Lloyd’s of London and Professional Travel Insurance Company
Limited but we are not contractually obliged to offer insurances only from these suppliers.

3 Which service will we provide you with?

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to
narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to
make your own choice about how to proceed.

4 What will you have to pay us for our services?

There will be no fee payable to us. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any
other fees relating to any particular insurance policy. All premium collected from clients is kept
in statutory trust client’s accounts in a regulated UK Clearing Bank. Any interest on client money
held by us will be retained by us for our own use rather than paid to you.

5 Who regulates us?

Europesure is a trading name of European Insurance Solutions Limited. European Insurance
Solutions Limited, 10a High Street, Billericay, Essex CM12 9BQ is an Appointed Representative
of Status Insurance Management Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial
Services Authority. Their FSA number is 305697. Our permitted business is arranging general
insurance contracts.

6 Ownership

No insurer or any other company owns any of our share capital.

7 What to do if you have a complaint

If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us:

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may conatct:

    b) Should the matter still not be resolved to your satisfaction please write to:

    c) If you remain dissatisfied you can ask the Ombudsman to investigate your claim. The

8 Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
